Heavy duty Wheel, Diameter 200 mm x 50 mm width with 4.00 mm thick wheel Bracket and 360 deg Swivel arrangement, Material should be Cast Iron/Nylon/Fibre 2 Nos. wheels with trailing brakes. The wheels shall be resistant to corrosion., Embossing: All the Side Panel should be Engraved & Embossed for strengthening of the Body. Logo should embossed on frunt panellif required); Galvanizing: Container body is fully hot dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461:1999 after manufacture OR GI sheet to be used; Drain Holes : 5 Drain Holes should be made on the Bottom Panel; Painting : Exterior. 1 Coat Special Primer, 2 Coats Blue/Green Special Paint; Interior: Coat Special Primer, 2 Coats Black Paint; Lifting Bar ; Lifting Bar shall be with 32mm dia. MS shaft fred properly stremdhened; Castors : 04 nos Heavy duty Wheel, Diameter 200 mm x 50 mm width with 4.00 mm thick wheel Bracket and 360 deg Swivel arrangement. Material should be Cast Iron/Nylon 2 nos wheels with trailing Brakes, Logo : Various logo options should be available; S.W.L : Safe working loads of 1100 Ltrs and Weight about 650 kgs; Wheels : The bins shall have 4 heavy duty wheels 360° Revolving Nylon/Cast Iron Wheel of 8" x 2". (2) Nos With Brake & 2 Nos Without Brake).
