RequiredThe bid shall be considered for regular supplier to TGENCO/Govt./PSU,subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to supply of C.R.I.Pumps and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.

RequiredThe bidder shall furnish undertaking to produce interchangeability certificate and Guarantee certificate from the OEM. Otherwise, the bid shall be liable for rejection.

RequiredCopies of executed orders (or) performancecertificate issued within the last 5 years(FY2021-2022,2022-2023,2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026) or latest forsupply of similarPumps/Motors of reputed make, to power utilities/Govt. organizations/Public Sector under taking organizations/ reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the materia

RequiredThe bidder shall furnish the detailed specifications of the offered material along with make, model and relevant product literature/catalogue and quality certifications, if any, conforming with the tender specifications.

OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.

OptionalThe company shall declare that it is not under blacklist by any Govt department/PSU due to any reason.
