ANNUAL STAGE CONTRACT FOR CARRYING OUT PREVENTIVE ROUTINE BREAKDOWN MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS 132 BY 33 KV GRID SUBSTATIONS AND ALLIED 132 KV TRANSMISSION LINES FALLING UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF TLMD III AMARGARH

Part: (A) 132kV Transmission Lines ( Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance)

Checking and tightening/replacement of jumper.

Replacement of damaged disc insulators.

a) Tension String

b) Suspension string

Repairing of power conductor when lowering of conductor is necessary. Complete job including laying of conductor, making of compression joint, if any, rough sagging ,tensioning of conductor, fixing dead-end assembly and jumpering etc.( Complete Job) up to span of 500 meter tension to tension.

Repairing of earth wire when lowering of Earth wire is necessary (Complete job) including compression joint if required. Laying of earthwire,tensioning ,dead-end assembly etc.upto span length 500 meter tension to tension point.

Tightening of Nuts and Bolts of tower superstructures and replacement of missing nuts and bolts.

A) Tower weight up to 2 tones

B) Tower weight more than 2 tones up to 4 tones.

C) Tower weight more than 4 tones up to 7.5 tones.

D) Tower weight more than 7.5 tones

Checking/ tightening of tower footing earthing bolts and measuring tower footing resistance.

Branch cutting in a corridor width of 16 meter .

Repairs of tower foundations, retaining walls /breast walls etc including cost of material and labour.

Part (B) 132 / 33 KV Grid Stations (Preventive Maintenance)

Power Transformer :-Checking of auto starting of fans/ pumps, hand operation of all taps, including handle interlock switch, local and remote operation of accessories, WTI/OTI indications. Inspection and testing of transformer including drying/ replacement of silica gel, checking of buchhloz relay, conservator oil level indicator, temp. sensors, topping of oil, cooling system, alarm / trip circuit. Measurement of IR Values, dielectric strength of transformer oil and BDV of oil, checking of marshalling box of OLTC,NGR, T.B of PDR, Bucholz relay, External cleaning of radiators, bushings etc.

A) 10 MVA to 20 MVA

B) 20 MVA to 50 MVA

Filling/dehydration of transformer oil including installation of vacuum pump

Repair/ rewinding of three phase transformer cooling fans including replacement of damaged winding, bearing etc.

Circuit Breaker

SF6 Breaker(132KV) :-Checking of auto starting of air compressor, oil pressure drop during duty cycle operation check, Checking of auto-starting / stopping of oil pump,pressure switch setting,etc, Checking of healthiness of accumulator by checking the pre-charging pressure when building up pressure from zero, Checking of operation of safety valve, Cleaning of breaker units, checking of protection equipments and replacement of defective ones, i.e., complete inspection and testing of SF6 type circuit breakers inclusive of operating mechanism. Maintaning gas levels, venting of circuit breakers etc.

VCB(33KV):-Checking of pressure settings of switches, pole discrepancy relay, interlocks, operational lockouts, driving mechanism (hydraulic/pneumatic) close/ trip coils, healthiness of operation counter, terminations of MB, door sealing gaskets, duty cycle operation including rapid re-closing , functioning of space heater/ illumination. Cleaning of breaker pole, support insulators, PIR and grading capacitor, interrupter chamber, control cabinet. Re-painting of metallic surfaces if required .Complete inspection of contacts and adjustment of various clearance including draning and re-filling of oil and nitrogen gas.

Current Transformer:- Checking /cleanliness and tightness of all electrical connections including earthing of marshalling box ,CT secondary terminal ,healthiness of secondary terminal bushing .Checking of oil level .Measurement of IR Value and tightening of jumpers, filling of nitrogen gas and tightening of jumpers.

Repairing of Current Transformer:-Checking of defective CTs in order to ascertain the level of damage and carrining out necessary repairs to make the CTs functional.Carring out of all necessary tests.

C.V. T./ P.T's :-Checking of earthing of HF point, breakage or cracks in HF bushing ,neutral earthling in CVT ,healthiness of all gaskets and oil level .Cleaning of CVT capacitor stacks, marshalling box and junction box ,space heater and illumination .Measurement of IR value and tightening of all connections and droppers, filling of nitrogen gas.

Surge Arrestor:-Checking of leakage current(third harmonic resistive current), Testing of counters and leakage current meters, Cleaning of insulators, Checking of earth connections between surge arrester,surge monitor and earth, Checking of leakage current after cleaning of porcelain surface, cleaning of LA insulators. Measurement of IR value and tightening of droppers and testing of counter and leakage of current meters, Cleaning of insulators, Checking of earth cennections between surge arrester, Surge moniter and Earth.

Isolators:-Maintenance of linkages including transmission gears, stopper bolts. Cleaning of auxiliary switch contacts and greasing with silica grease, cleaning of support insulators ,termination contacts, checking of electrical /Mechanical interlocks with E/S & CB,mounting bolts, alignment ,nuts, pins, space heater and illumination ,healthiness of gaskets, auxiliary contacts ,alignment of earthing blades, operation of earth switch, aluminum /copper flexible conductor, earth connections of structures and MB .Lubrication of operating mechanism, hinges, lock joints, levers, bearings ,main contacts, cleaning of post insulators,tightning of clamps etc.

Column and beams:-Tightening of all nuts/bolts and providing of missing nuts/bolts and damaged members

Bus Bar:-Checking / tightening of clamps/ jumpers/ droppers. Replacement of damaged/ burnt droppers or jumpers. Checking / repairing of bus bar conductors

Illumination System:-Checking of healthiness of fittings in Station buildings, out door switch yard, repairing and replacement if required, lighting of pannels.Tightening of terminals, maintenance/repairs of high-mast lights etc including repairing to the wiring of these equipments.

Replacement of worn out/damaged electric fittings of control room and other allied buildings of Division.

Battery bank:-Checking and cleaning of battery cell terminals, application of petroleum jelly, if required, conducting of battery impedance test and discharge test checking voltage,temperature,current ,sp.gravity of individual cells as well as terminal voltage.

Battery charger.:-Checking of control cards, measurement of test point voltage values, testing of D.C earth fault and U/V relays, I.R.measurement of charger transformer checking of earthing etc.Checking of charger panel /D.C .D.B for electrical connections, cleanliness etc.

Protection System:-Checking of relays and application of CCL4 for cleaning, carrying out relay testing replacement of worn out defunct relays, testing of event logger/disturbance recorder if any, checking and replacement of control wiring if required.

Part (C) 132 / 33 KV Grid Stations (Breakdown Maintenance)

Circuit Breakers. Loading , unloading , dragging and Dismantling of Damaged Circuit Breaker and errection and commisioning of new circuit breaker including control cabling , connections to the breaker, earthing of the breaker and final erection checkup etc.

Circuit Breaker Dismantling of damaged breaker Pole after opening of all connections, loading and unloading of new breaker pole including dragging upto the site of work and errection and commissioning of the new pole after carrying out all mandatory tests etc.

CT/PT/CVT/Coupling Capacitor/Wave Trap. Loading , unloading , dragging and Dismantling of Damaged CT/PT/CVT/Coupling Capacitor/wave Trap and its errection and commisioning of new CT/PT/CVT/Coupling Capacitor/Wave Trap including control cabling , connections ,earthing and final erection checkup etc.

Surge Arrestor Loading , unloading , dragging and Dismantling of Damaged Surge arrestor and its errection and commisioning of new Surge arrestor including control cabling , connections ,earthing and final erection checkup etc.

Isolators with earthing blade installation of new isolator after dismantling of the damaged one including loading, unloading and dragging of the said isolator where ever required. Control cabling , adjustment and carrying out various designated tests after installation etc.

Isolators without earthing blade installation of new isolator after dismantling of the damaged one including loading, unloading and dragging of the said isolator where ever required. Control cabling , adjustment and carrying out various designated tests after installation etc.

Cable Trench Cleaning :- a) Cleaning of cable trenches, checking of cable trays , replacement of damaged angles/ channels and tightening of cable trays.

b) Dewatering of cable trenches and clearance of silt.

L.T.Switchgear/Auxiliary Transformer:-Checking of all connections, tightening ,and replacement of wiring if required, testing of BDV oil of aux.transformer,I.R measurement .Functional checks ( Trip/ Close) and operating time measurement of MCB's checking of all motors for normal functioning with cleaning and replacement of worn out wiring etc

Earthing Mat:-Measurement of earth resistivity ,checking of electrical continuity of equipment earthings, tightening of earthing connectors, removal of rust from bottled earth connectors and tightening (132/33 KV yards).

D.C.Distribution Board:-Checking of connections , wiring ,replacement of wiring if needed and checking of healthiness of all the D/C lights

Concreting of 132/33Kv Bays :-Checking and ascertaining the level of damage to the existing concreting then replacement of damaged patches with fresh concerting in order to rectify the damaged portions including cost of material and labour.

Deweeding of the switch yard, store yard including cutting of wild vegetations and thorny bushes,herbs and shrubs and also displacement of material in Divsional Stores and Yards where-ever required for hassle free dweeding etc.

Loading/Unloading of Breakers at divisional Stores for safe Storage of material.

Loading/ Unloading of Current transformers, potential transformers, CVT's, etc

Loading/ Unloading of portland cement 50 Kgs bag at divisional Stores / site of work.

Rearrangement of material in divisional store yard as required instantly for facilitating easy movement of men and material in the yard

Handling (loading, unloading and Carriage including verification , counting & Sorting ) of various line and sub- station materials and equipments viz power & distribution Transformers, ligtining arrestors 132 and 33 Kv , post Insulators and other allied Materials viz Transformer Oil, insulators, etc.

Carriage and staking of various line and sub- station materials and equipments viz old MOCBs,scrap of sorts and other allied Materials viz insulators, post insulators, porcelean bushes etc.

Shifting/stacking / Reaarrangement of old tower material/ galvanised/ bend material in the divisional store yard in order to facilitate the easy movement of men and material and to keep the store materials in arranged way.

Shifting/stacking of old material (Serviceable / un serviceable) in the divisional store yard including conductor,TMT, Angle and Channels, scrapes etc. in order to facilitate the easy movement of men and material and to keep the store materials in arranged way.

Painting of Structures like 132/33 Kv C1 Columns, C2 Columns, Beams, isolator superstructures, CT/PT/LA structures etc including cost of material.

Repair work to the boundary walling of the Grid stations including cost of material like bricks, sand, bajri, Cement etc

Repair work of chain link fencing by way of dismantling of old/damaged posts, wire mesh wherever required and fixing of new posts and mesh at these damaged portions (Complete Job).

Cleaning of roads ,paths and parks including snow clearance etc.

Fabrication of angle iron of various sizes/ Channel Iron etc as per design which includes cutting, Drilling of Holes, Straigtening, skew Cutting etc.

Repairs to store sheds wherever required like fixing of tin sheets, welding of the same including cost of material ( Complete Job).

Handling, displacement, re-arrangement including loading/ unloading of Control and Relay Pannels of 132 Kv and 33 Kv side and other allied pannels like DCDB, ACDB etc.

Backfilling of towers wherever required which is caused due to soil erosion or flash floods or any other reasons including carriage of material and material cost of good soil.

Handling (loading, unloading and displacement) of various Drums like cable drums, 0.2/0.4/0.5 ACSR Conductor Drums, Earthwire drums etc for hassle free movement of men and material in the store yard.

Tag welding of 132 KV towers bottom section wherever required.

Loading/ Unloading and Re-aarangement of Transformer Barrels

Painting of Control Room buildings and allied qauters including repairs of the same where-ever required including cost of material.

DG Sets:- Maintenance of DG Sets including cleaining of oil and air filters, checking of exhauste system of DG sets, tightening of all mechanical equipments and all electrical connections etc

Maintenance of ATS Switches,Fire Alarm Systems by way of replacement of faulty part or equipment, checking of all connections, tightening of all connections( Complete Job).

Maintenance of dewatering Motors/Pumps, checking of all electrical connections, tightening of all mechanical joints properly, greasing of shafts,bearings wherever required including replacement of burntout coils etc

Shunt Capacitor Bank:- Maintenance of Shunt capacitor Banks Including Checking of shunt capacitors, tightening of all the connections,joints including maintenance of their breakers etc

Maintenance of High Mast Lights including replacement of old Lights with 200 Watt LED's including cost of cabling and other related works( Complete Job)
