CONSTRUCTION OF LAC BUILDING AT BALADA.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil except sheet rock requiring blasting to proper profile with all leads, lifts and delifts to proper section and profile including dressing and levelling the bed upto required depth and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering if necessary from foundation etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand, watered and rammed including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) with 40mm & down graded size hand broken H.G. metal for foundation concrete approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Substructure of size 9"x5"x3" having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with labour charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure of size 9"x5"x3" having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with labour charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC M-20 work with cement concrete with crushed granite 20mm down grade course aggregate of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by Vibrators in layers .not exceeding 0.15m depth including watering, curing for required period 28 days, centering & shuttering and finishing exposed surface smooth providing grooves whereever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
