Re-organization and erection of power lines- 11KV and 3.3KV O/H line at different feeders to feed power to Gidi-A, Gidi-C, Saunda AK, Bhurkunda and Central Saunda from newly constructed 33KV/11KV/3.3KV substation at Argada Area.

Part- A (11KV O/H line Central Saunda Feeder TP-9, DP-1 SP-22 (Based on field survey, span, terrain & crossings)) (Sl no. 01 to 24): Erection of pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre.

Supply of Mild Steel 13 Meter height MS Tubular Lighting Pole

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with largesteel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required. (TP: 6, DP: 3, SP: 3 per pole)

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket typeand complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. (DP: 6, TP: 6)X2 Considering 2 Disc at each point to minimise fault.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter andabove including binding etc. as required.

Supply of AAAC ALL ALUMINIUM ALLOY DOG CONDUCTOR .

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg permetre) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg permetre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flatiron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulatorpins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of bow stay set complete (galvanised)with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate ofsize 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle( 20 mm X 60 cm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundationincluding excavation and refilling and also with 0.6 m long braceof size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron with 50 mm dia pulleyfixed at one end of the brace as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm(7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KVover head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded onone side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the otherside for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes forinsulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing)and painting with primer and finish paint as required.
