SH-I:SITC of High Mast

Supply Part i)Supply of 10 Mtr. high mast in one section suitable for 47m/sec wind speed as per IS:875 part-III , with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaires carriage suitable to install 08 nos LED floodlight luminaires in symmetrical arrangement. -01 Nos ii) Supply of raising and lowering system comprising of double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector with integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial. -01 set iii) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. -01 Set iv) Supply of LED floodlight type BJFL 200 W LED or equivalent -06 Nos. v) Supply of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light.-01 Nos vi) Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer , single dial time switch ,22A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise and lower push button ,terminals for incomer 35 sqmm and outgoing 16&2.5 sq.mm -01 set.

Erection Part i) Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour. ii) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, by supplying and wiring of luminaires(from junction box to individual luminaire and MCB in base compartment) with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour. iii) Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required) iv) Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.

SH-II: Supply and laying of Cable

Supply of following size of PVC/XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed , armoured , aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098(Part-I) 1988 with uptodate amendments, complete as required .a) 4x 10 Sqmm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt for existing feeder pillar as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.a) 4 X 10 sq. mm

Cleaning of 30 mtr(aprox) existing RCC pipe of dia 250mm to 300mm by removing of soil /sludge/silt by suitable machinary means complete as required for crossing the cables .
