REPAIRS TO COMPOUND WALL, JAFRI JALI, STONE JALI, PARKING SHEDS CERTAIN MISC BR WORKS AT AFS JODHPUR UNDER AGE BR-II, GE AF NO 2 JODHPUR

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil and getting out ,returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around in layer n.exc.25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface all complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling timber scantling in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc under 40 Sqcm in section, in framed work in any position etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main & cross beams, roof trusses (framed), trussed, hip & jack rafters; purling where connected to common rafters & running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming Fe-410W Gde E-250 quality ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including farmwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise provided over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted , bolted or weded attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof etc including ridge any thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (AZ-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/J hook/Ltype hook complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, ridges, flashing, eaves board valley gutter of any shape etc, cut to designed shape (Jhhallar) as directed at site fixed all as per manufactures's instructions and fixed with self thread making steel screws of length not less than 50mm as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site with suitable arangement as required complete all as specified & directed.
