Dismantling of AC sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) including AC ridges as in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6mm cement corrugated sheet fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.2, here-in-before but except sheeting, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F two piece adjustable serrated cement sheet ridge 6mm thick for corrugated or semi corrugated sheet, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for cleaning of old AC sheet with wire brush and repair to hole with M-Seal, rubber, washer etc., and fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts if required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1.4mm thick firbre glass reinforced translucent sheeting in roof, walls etc., fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., and welding counter sunk for holes and necessary gusset plates etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) including cover fillet, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wooden scantling 40 Sqm and over in section fixed in any position as in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wooden fillets, rails, posts, purlins, etc. under 40 Sq cm in section, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F second class hardwood scantling, clean sawn in any position and any description, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for second class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails sectional area exc. 6 sqcm but not exc. 13 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for second class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails sectional area exc. 13 sqcm but not exc. 25 sqcm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size 605x605 mm, using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm, weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively. The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mm x 25 mm x 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia mild steel wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non asbestos fibre cement building board 6mm thick in ceiling fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 4mm thick non-asbestos cement building board fixed to timber framed work with screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation or new asbestos cement plain building board on ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder or concrete block masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 Kg/Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.25, here-in-before but except bricks.

M & L for plastering 15mm thick on brick surfaces other than fair face of brickwork in CM 1:4, finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding of RCC roof including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound of an approved make.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:4) finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, on surfaces of brick or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces on wall of any description using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .
