Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m center to center horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Providing and fixing of Galvanized steel plain sheets 1mm thickness (New Work) after doing proper sheet metal work to get the required Shape of duct with proper dimensions as per the requirement at site. Fixing of new duct segments with the old segments using rivets, nut bolts and rubber packing to ensure no leakage of air from the joints of the duct segments including labour and any other miscellaneous charges to complete the job.

Providing and applying priming coat (on New Work) with ready mixed red oxide Zinc Chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works. This includes proper cleaning of the newly manufactured/repaired ducts to get dust free surface and then applying priming coat and let it dry for further works.

Providing and applying paint (once the priming coat gets dry) on G.S sheets (New Work) with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of aluminium colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats as per the site requirements). Successive coats with be done once the previous coat is dry enough.

Providing and applying Paint to the old (not to be repaired) duct with aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work. The job includes the removal of old paint using steel brush/emery paper of required grade, proper cleaning of the duct to ensure dust free surface and then applying the aluminum paint of the approved brand. The number of coats will be done as per requirement to ensure even surface and the Successive coats with be done once the previous coat is dry enough.
