L092-Dadwadevi to Gagwara MR Stage I and II

Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site true to lines as per plan, L section cross slope, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lift & lead, required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in the drawing by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt with the stone available from the required hill side cutting for retaining of the muck , without damaging forest , forest land , utility and private properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material ), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract , MORD Specification Clause 1601, 1602 & 1603 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Clearance of land slides in soil by a bull-dozer D 80 A-12, 180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Construction of coolie walling including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required fo rprope rcompletion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Patri filling)

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408. Using naturally occuring gravel

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means
