REPAIR AND MAINT OF WINDOW/ SPLIT/ PACKAGE TYPE ACS, WATER COOLER, REFRIGERATOR, DEEP FREEZER AND CERTAIN MISC WKS AT BARRACKPORE CANTT UNDER GE BARRACKPORE

Taking out split type air conditioners indoor and out door units complete for repair/ servicing and overhauling of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR of any make/type after disconnecting refrigerant pipes, drain pipe and electric connection, removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda/cleaning chemical agents, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, strainer etc and also including carrying out servicing, overhauling and connecting of refrigerant pipe,drain pipe and charging of refrigerant gas and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spares as mentioned will be measured and paid separately as supply only items (ii) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately only.

Supply and Fix sealed compressor of split type air conditioner of 1.5 TR capacity including initial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and testing and also removing old unserviceable compressor complete all as specified and directed. Make : Voltas/Hitachi/Tecumseh/LG/Blue Star

Supply and Fix only sealed compressor of split type air conditioner of 2.0 TR capacity including initial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and testing and also removing old unserviceable compressor complete all as specified and directed. Make:Voltas/Hitachi/Tecumseh/Kirloskar/LG/Blue Star

Supply and Fix MS wall bracket suitable for fixing of out door unit of split type Air Conditioner with necessary nuts, bolts & washers and removing old unserviceable items and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed Make:- As per sample

Leak testing the complete gas circulating system with dry nitrogen & evacuate and rectifying/arresting leakage by cutting, soldering,flaring work with nut, jointing of refrigerant tubing and charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure in split type air conditioner upto 1.5 TR /2 TR capacity and testing complete all as specified and directed Note:- Refrigerant will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas (R-134a/R-410a/R-407 or superior ) suitable for Refrigerators/water coolers/Deep freezers and cold room Air conditioners etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mafron or equivalent makes as approved by the GE.

Supply charging refrigerant gas (R-22 ) suitable for split/window ) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mafron or equivalent makes as approved by the GE.

Supply charging refrigerant gas (R-32 ) suitable for split/window ) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Mafron or equivalent makes as approved by the GE.

Supply only relay assembly suitable for split type air conditioner 1.5/2.0 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make:- As per sample

Supply and Fix fan motor with blade suitable out door unit split type air conditioner up to 2 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make:- As per sample
