“Consultancy work for Preparation of Detailed Project Report(DPR) including land Acquisition for Consultancy work on Construction of road Fort road via Jharneshwar Mahadev Mandir Km. 5.42” including Master Planning, Topographical and surveying with total station and suggesting best suitable Techno economic route/alignment, from routes preparation of L-section and cross section, Grade line of alignment to pursue and provide assistance for land acquisition process from beginning to end, preparation of DPR, Earth work Rock Cutting Quantity with design, landscaping, getting all necessary approvals and clearances from local authorities, to conduct all exploratory and investigative experiments required in designing of project aspects, CD Work, Retaining/protection wall structural design duly Proof Checked by any IITs/NITs, To Prepare utility, i.e. electricity, water supply telephone etc, plans and also prepare estimates for shifting of existing services preparation of detailed estimate, BOQ, take off sheets, tender documents, providing drawings in both hard and soft copies during each stage of project and finally submitting as built drawings at the completion stage complete as per requirements, guideline, scope of work (enclosed) and providing services for any other work deemed necessary for the completion of the project by Engineer-in- charge as per his directions. The quoted rate shall include all applicable taxes. (Estimated cost of the project is approx Rs. 2700.00 Lacs for approx. length 5.42 km).
