Supply of Indoor type air cooled micro processor controlled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of suitable for operation on 230/400V AC ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8, 3.4, 4.0, 5.2 and 6.6 Amp) and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output ammeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, LCD display and Regulators shall be L-829 certified etc. complete as required for the following rating and confirming to specifications including all hardware and software and suitable to be operated via existing ALCMS System as per the enclosed particular specifications. Supply of FAA certified LED type Elevated Taxiway Edge Light fixtures upto 12 Watt & meeting ICAO requirements LED lamp of series circuit 2.8-6.6 amps current, complete with base plate ,breakable coupling, mounting assembly, gasket, Blue lens, one 2 pole plug with leads etc. conforming to particular specification as required and suitable for operation control and monitoring on existing ALCMS (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System).
Supply of FAA certified following rating 5000V, 50 Hz series Isolating Transformers encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondary connections suitable to be operated via ALCMS System confirming to specification as required suitable for above mentioned fittings for following applications and compatible to use on ALCMS. a) 30/45 Watt, 6.6A/6.6A (suitable for LED type Taxi Edge Lights fitting).
Supply of pair of Unidirectional alternate flashing elevated type Halogen Runway Guard Light fitting on common central assembly and complete with Optic lens, LMS Dual Switching device, Power convertor, visor, two pin secondary lead, central column assembly, breakable coupling base plate, gaskets bolts etc and all other standard accessories as required conforming to ICAO and technical specifications. The Fixture shall be suitable for use at Taxiway/runway intersection for day-night operation and operate on 6.6 A series circuit. ( make ; FAA certified Only)
Supply of Airfield Lighting (AFL) 5 KV grade, Single Core, Copper Conductor, Copper shielded, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, confirming to specification as specified in technical specification and having shield resistance less than 5 Ohm per Km of the following size as required and suitable for communication on existing ALCMS system. Supply of following sizes 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, as offered in item no.05 etc. complete as required and confirming to the technical specification. Supply of following size Anti Rodent Fire Retardant Permanently lubricated HDPE (High density polyethylene) pipe along with necessary accessories like connectors/couplers/bends / tee etc. and with pulling rope fitted inside complete as required and as per the technical specifications etc. complete as required. (a) OD 63 mm.
Supply of DWC pipe of following size alongwith necessary accessories like connectors/couplers/bends/tee etc. and with pulling rope fitted inside complete as required and as per the technical specifications etc. complete as required. (a) OD 50 mm.
Installation, Testing, Commissioning of CCR (5 - 30 KW) including laying of incoming power cable and outgoing control cable, making foundation, connection of GI strip for earthing etc. as required.
Installation, testing and commissioning of the Elevated taxiway edge light fittings on the existing MS Transformer housing Boxes along with making connection of isolating transformers etc. complete as required to hand over system in operational condition etc. complete as required.
Dismantling of MS/CI Transformer housing Box of size upto 330 mm x 330 mm x 450 mm (H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet and returning to AAI store.
Identifying and Dismantling of old cable laid in existing masonary trench / Duct of size up to 25 Sq MM, upto 5 KV grade and returning to AAI store.
Laying of following dia permanently lubricated HDPE pipe along with its accessories like coupler, end plugs etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing, Cement concrete Apron Area) at a depth of 3 m to 4 m through horizontal directional drilling method etc. complete as required. OD 63 mm.
Laying of 50 mm dia double wall corrugated high density polyethylene (DWC HDPE) pipe, complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. on the surface of cable trench/wall with suitable saddle at every 1 mtr length with suitable size U type GI strip 32 X 6 mm of (approx) 210 mm length pieces. The GI strip shall be clamped with the existing Concrete Surface by firstly drilling two nos holes matching the anchor fastner dia, cleaning the holes, and then inserting two nos of 8 mm dia Anchor Bolt type fastener of 60-100 mm length (approx) inside the drilled hole as per the site requirement and as per directions of the EIC.
Laying of following dia high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. in the soil for GLF work upto 750 mm deep connecting both/one end to existing chamber/CC collar, including excavation and back filling & making good the same as per site requirement. 63 mm dia pipe.
Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium / copper conductor AFL / power cable of voltage grade upto 5 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE/DWC pipe etc. as required.
Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or along with cable for loop earthing etc. as required.
Making connection of 5 KV grade, 6 Sq mm Copper conductor, Copper shielded, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid cable with dry type plug & receptacle of type I, class 'B' i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape, checking continuity with the existing circuits etc. complete as required as per direction of EIC.
Earthing with 'B' class G. I. earth pipe 4.5 mtrs. long x 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. i/c charcoal / coke and salt complete as required.
Providing & laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G. I. pipe from earth electrode as required.
Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm. 600V grade flexible copper conductor, EPR insulated & CPE-XL-HD (Chlorinated Polyethylene, Cross - Linked, Heavy Duty) outer sheath (Black colour) Secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits etc. complete as required. (Make: FAA Certified Makes).
Supply of Fire retardant Yellow/Green 4 sq. mm. Single Core PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Flexible Cables, of 450/750 Volts confirming to BS 6004 : 2000 or 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 : 2010.
Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cables and laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c refilling the same by suitable sealing material (PIDILITE) etc. complete as required and as per instruction of EIC.
Supply of Secondary Connector Kit suitable for connection 2 x 4 sq mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshilded secondary airfield lighting cables etc. complete as required and confirming to the technical specification. (Make : FAA certified connector only).
Making end termination of 2 x 4 sq mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshilded secondary airfield lighting cables with secondary connector kit connecting one end at inset fitting side and other end towards isolating transformer end etc. complete as required.
Constructing brick masonry chamber with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and R.C.C. top slab surrounded by 'C' type iron frame (5 mm thick) with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and hooking arrangement for easy lifting the top slab and the foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete as per standard design: (Inside dimensions 1000x750 mm and 900 mm deep) i/c submission of GPS coordinate at each chamber location etc. and as per direction of EIC.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including any form of work etc. as required.
Taking GPS based co-ordinates by using total station and identifying the locations of light fixtures, route of cable etc based on GPS co-ordinates including designing of Taxiway Edge Light circuits as per ICAO Specification, submission of reports/drawings etc. as required and as per directions of the Engineer In charge.
Fabrication, supply & installation of MS transformer housing box in soil of size 750mm x 350 mm x 450 mm ( H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet as per drawing and all inserts should be suitable for M-10 size bolt shall be of SS including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint and installation using cement concrete 1:2:4, 100 mm all around the box and pedestal of 0.30m & 0.10m thick all around the box making suitable slope to level of runway / taxiway all around the housing box and painting, lettering, numbering etc. as required.
Supply of MS Transformer housing Boxes round shape of outside dia 330 mm Height 250mm of 10mm thick all round expect on top surface which is 15 mm thick having a clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped holes at the hole center of 260 mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts, underground housing associated with transformer power cable the box shall have a clear hole at one side surface ,center at 75 mm above bottom surface and suitable and receive 50 mm dia B class GI/DWC HDPE pipe and check nuts The box shall have two earth bolts of M 10x30 mm welded inside near the hole (100mm away from the hold center) and a drain note at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1/2 dia B class GI pipe as required.
Installation of the CI Transformer housing Boxes round shape of outside dia 330 mm, Height 250 mm in the existing concrete surface by breaking this surface in core cutting method and providing sealing material & other accessories for making the surface good and painting, lettering, numbering etc. as required as per the technical specifications.
Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured copper conductor conforming to IS 7098 (Part I) amended upto date. (a) 3C x 35 Sq. mm. copper conductor.
Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 3C x 35 Sq. mm.
Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
Installation, testing and commissioning of the Elevated Guard Light fittings on the MS Collar/box along with making connection with isolating transformer, LMS Dual connection with existing/new 6.6 Amp circuit including interconnection etc. complete as required to commission the Lights.

Making Connection with the primary & Loop Cables of 5 KV Grade with the Installation of Isolating Transformer of rating 65 Watts for Stopbar Circuits of taxiways. The job involves disconnecting the Circuits from CCR, Replacement of the existing Isolating Transformers with the new Isolating Transformers (Isolating Transformers shall be supplied by AAI), applying HT Tape on the Joints and returning the Old Isolating Transformers to AAI Store and commissioning of the entire circuit after Isolating Transformer connection.
Designing & Constructing RCC Chamber having clear opening of 914 X 914 mm as per the drawing enclosed as per the following items in Technical specification and designing of the chamber suitable for load bearing capacity of 900 KN and getting the design vetted by reputed Govt. (Agency/University) Institution etc. as required and as per directed of EIC.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.
Extra for additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation/ banking excavated or stacked materials. a) All kinds of soil.
Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.
Providing and laying polythene sheet (separation membrane) 200 microns thick on sand filling complete as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.
Steel Reinforcement for RCC work i/c straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. a) Thermo-mechanically treated bars.
Providing M-35 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/RMC (Note: Cement considered in M-35 is @350 kg/cum). Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
Supplying & Fixing of EJ Pit covers of model no. HH9S091091TW (F900) of size 914 mm x 914 mm with spring assist Hinge hatch cover, Stainless Steel spring strut including highly water resistant and cross shaped locking key and hook (for easily locking as well as lifting the cover) etc. as required and as per site requirement.
