Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. , in any floor.

Dismantling artificial stone flooring upto 50mm. Thick by carefully chiselling without damaging the baseand removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound etc.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (in any floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:4 cement mortar. 20 mm thick plaster.

Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with cement in proportion as per Manufacturer's specification, in any floor.

Taking out heavy iron grated door or window (jail pattern or existing) with locking arrangement after cutting out from walls and refixing the same including mending all damages.[Mendingcharges to be paid separately]

Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete (including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame and cost of concrete with M.S clamps) in any floor. Gamar

Taking out shutter of door and window, dismantling by parts (for repair or replacement of damaged parts) , reassembling and refitting and rehanging same with old fittings but with new screws as necessary.

Supplying wooden moulding slanting beat of size 37mmX18mm (finished) of approved design to finish the joint between wooden frame of door/window with masonary intrue line and level fitted & fixed with adhesive and head lesspins complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge Teak wood beat

Applying Interior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.; In any floor: One Coat

Acrylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling without acrylic primer (as per manufacturer's specification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface; in any floor. Two Coats

Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based wall putty of approved make and brand (1.5mm thick)

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary: On timber or plastered surface: With super gloss (hi-gloss). Two coats (with any shade except white)

Priming one coat on any surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Supplying and laying true to line and level vitrified tiles of approved brand (size not less than 600 mm X 600 mm X 10 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. using polymerised adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid after bapplication slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqM below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge ln Any FIoor; Size not Iess than 600mmX 600 mm X 9.5 mm thick (II) With Polymerised Adhesive [6 mm thick] & epoxy grouting materials for filling joints including spacer-2 mm [Applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/ mosaic etc. Light Colour

Supplying and laying true to line and level Anti-Skid, FullBody, Homogeneous & Granular finish Vitrified Tiles conforming to IS:15622-2006 & IS4457-2007 and testing shall be made in accordance with IS:13630 [Non-modular sizes for tiles with Skid resistance>0.5, Mohr's hardness>5.0, Staining resistance: Class-1, Water Absorption :E35N/sq.mm in Internal area of building e.g. Toilet Block, Passage, Corridor, Accessible Open Terrace etc. set using Polymerised Adhesive (6mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/Mosaic etc without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75Kg of cement per Sqm below mortaronly, joints grouted with admixture of white cement and colouring pigment to match with colour oftiles/epoxy grout materials of approved makeas directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
