25mm thick open graded premix carpet using hot mix plant & paver finisher 2.25 cum & 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 Kg & 56 Kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm & 11.2mm size respectively consolidated with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity including tack coat with hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 spraying with mechanical operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications complete. Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic meterial by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and erecting of "THRIE" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rails, 85cm above road/ground floor, fixed-on ISMC series channel vertical posts, 150x75x5mm spaced at 2 mtr centre to centre, 2 mtr in height with 1.15 mtr below ground level all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rails to be fixed on vertical post with spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm 546 mm long as per the approved drawings/direction of the engineer-in-charge including cost of cement concrete in M-20 grade required for embedding the channel post in the dugout holes, cost of nuts and bolts including cost & carriage of all the materials involved upto site of work complete as per clause 810 of MORT & H specification.
