M&L of brushing neat cement slury with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in Roof surface complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM(1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (WPC) on fair faces of brick work/ Fasia and roof surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Note:-WPC shall measured and paid seperetely under relevent items)
Supply only water proofing compound
Applying evenly Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc, and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area),complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
Supply and laying , APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gm/Sqm laid on primed surface by forced application, complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - charge
Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc .
M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Integral water proofing compund shall be measured and paid separtely here-in-after).
M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface of wall and appplying two coats of exterier acrylic paint (wheather coats) over 1mm thick wall care putty etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
