Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete: In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

12 mm cement plaster of mix Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge: With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Neat cement punning.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
