Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 3.5 cusec HZ split casing suction pump unit no.01 of lift irrigation scheme Manzgam using appropriate means of transport like Mahindra Bolero, Tata mobile up to lead of 15km/trip :

Complete dismantling of split casing pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling , dismantling, and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fastener etc.

Providing and fitting of ball bearing 6311 of reputed make

Providing and fitting of ball bearing 3310 of reputed make

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeve two no as per sample having weight 3kg /sleeve. The job also includes the charge for repairs to bearing seat.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of GM neck ring one no as per sample having weight 2.5kg

Repairs to damaged shaft SS by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality electrodes then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited and restore the original dimension and profile of shaft

Providing of palmative packing for pumping units as per sample

Complete assembling of HZ split casing pump after proper cleaning of all the parts with packing, grease as per requirement, alignment with motor, connecting motor leads tested on full load.

Repairs to the minor leakage (400 cm) along 450mm dia M.S rising main of lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, and skilled welder for completing the repair work. The job includes the charge of providing nuts & bolts five kg, R.I cloth five kg, palmative packing five kg, Grease 5kg. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.
