WORK OF FABRICATION OF PROTECTION WIRE MESH FENCING BETWEEN RADIATOR AND L.A. OF 40 MVA TRANSFORMER AT 220 KV AND 132 KV SUB STATION, AMROHA.

The following work shall be carried out at 220 KV & 132 KV Substation Amroha - Fabrication of protection wire mesh fencing of size 5x4 mtr. with 1x1 square 10 SWG wire mesh including grouting by making plinth at 2x40 MVA 132/33 KV T/F installed at the following 220 KV & 132 KV S/S Amroha by cutting and fabrication of MS Angle 65x65x6 mm MS flat 50x6 and 25x6 mm installing 03 Nos post insulator and with one coat of red oxide and two coat of bus green paint including all material, Labour & T&P. 1. 220 KV Substation Amroha -02 Nos 2. 132 KV Substation Amroha -01 No. (MS Angle, MS flat and Post insulator will be provided by the Department free of cost. )

Earthing of frame at two point using 50x6mm MS flat with earthing of the sub-station by electric welding.

Painting of the existing old frame of 40 MVA T/Fs with two coats of snthetinc enamel bus green paint Burger/Asian /Statndard make after applying one coat of red oxide primer.
