Earthwork Excavation and depositing on banks with initial lead of 10 mm and lift of 2m in all classes of soils as per 20B foundation Etc., Complete.

Plain CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm metal from approved Quarry including cost of materials. conveyance charges and all labour charges etc., completed.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) using new best Fly Ash Bricks 230X110X70mm from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3)

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix, 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance charges and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting Two coats with approved cement paint over one coat is priming over the cement plastered exposed surface etc., complete and as directed by the officers.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Supplying and fixing M.S.Grills of approved design for Entrance gate, open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete.

Supply and Fixing of TNEB Meter Board suitable for 32 A single phase service connection with 32A fues unit (500 V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1"X18" copper flat) on TW plant of size 375mm X 300mm X19 with supporiting TW reepers of 1 " thick an either side withpainting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wirefrom EB meter to fuse unit (SD No.125).

Supply and Run of 2 x1.5sq. Mm(22/0.30) PVC insulated SC unsheathed CU. Conductor of 1100Grade in 25mm Dia GI PIPE (Glass"B")suitably Bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for Mains (SD No.69)

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD 64)

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days..
