Air Handling Units - Recirculatory type Double skin construction with two fans in parallel, cooper cooling coil along with motorizes 2 way mixing valves, temperature sensor & transmitters, valves, coarse & fine filters, louvers, air actuated discharge dampers other instrumentations and accessories as per specifications.

Centrifugal Fans : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Centrifugal Type exhaust fans, SISW backward curved with aerofoil and upblast type complete with motor, protection equipment , base frame, belt guard, flexible connection at inlet & outlet, vibration isolators etc. . Scope includes supply and installation of cabling with its accessories between VVVF panel and motors as per technical specification and site requirement.

Type-A: Capacity 75,000 m3/hr @ static pressure 300 mmWG

Type-B: Capacity 33,000 m3/hr @ static pressure 210 mmWG

Type-D: Capacity 10,500 m3/hr @ static pressure 260 mmWG

Mild Steel Duct:3 mm thick rectangular/ round return air duct /plenum , Preparation of fabrication drawings / site erection drawings ,Procurement of material, fabrication, installation complete with supports out of angles / channels /rods, anchor fasteners wherever required,all welded joints with its support, testing , painting and as per the specifications .This cost will be based on the weight of actual MS sheet used. However, support material & its fabrication cost will be paid separately as per corresponding BOQ item) .

Motorized Isolation Damper : Supply, Installation & testing of Motorized Butterfly type isolation dampers – for exhaust system at filter banks inlet / outlet and fans inlet / outlet with flexible metallic sealing and sealing efficiency of 99.8 % CSA , motorised operation with manual over ride, along with necessary MS support structure. However, support material & its fabrication cost will be paid separately as per corresponding BOQ item) .

MS Structural: Supply of materials, fabrication and erection of MS structural steel as per IS 2062 with original linkable mill test certificate for supporting duct plenums & stiffners, isolation dampers, pipes, equipment supports, including one coat of epoxy primer and two coat of epoxy painting. The structural material shall be in the form of angle, channel, beam, plate, pipe, rod, fasteners, clamp etc

Providing and fixing in position 50 mm thick Thermocole board heavy density minimum 32.00 Kg/ Cu.m weght Wrapped in 200 micron thickness Polythene sheets and placing in machine foundation works complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying design mix reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade by weigh batching of following grades using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including handling & transportation, mechanical mixing, placing to required location by hoisting and / or pumping & mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces wherever required etc. complete at all levels as per specifications & also including dewatering, if any, complete all as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge but excluding formwork, shuttering and steel reinforcement which will be paid under relevant items.

General Notes for Reinforcement steel Items: 1) 1.2mm dia annealed GI coated binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 2) Fe-500D / Fe-500EQR bars as per IS to be supplied by the contractor 3) Reinforcement bars from conversion agents / re-rollers of above manufacturers, will not be accepted. 4) No extra payment will be made on account of Rolling Margin & wastage. 5) Contractor shall supply copy of the documentry evidence of purchase of steel, test certificate from these manufacturers and also test from third party to be carried out at no extra cost.

Providing Reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting to all elevations and all leads, fixing, tieing in position with 1.2 mm dia GI binding wire including all labour charges, cost of cover blocks (in same grade of concrete) of various thicknesses and sizes etc. all as per specifications and drawings etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Using TMT Bars of Specified Grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor of grade - Fe 500D / Fe-500EQR.

Providing centering and shuttering using steel plates, timber planks indicated in specification, so as to produce neat form finished concrete surfaces, including necessary strutting, propping, staging, supports, bracings etc. at all levels / heights including clear storey heights and removal of the same and including sealing the form joints suitably to avoid fins and abrupt irregularities, etc.complete all as per drawings, specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.
