Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr depth for foundation,laying of cables,pipe and getting out complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable covers ISI Marked, class LV type 1 size 250x150x40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement pin type porcelain,vitreous,brown insulator of 100mm height and 65 mm dia including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement pin type porcelain,vitreous,brown insulator of 150 mm height and 150 mm dia including one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

M&L for Straining and re-stretching of existing over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on LT poles including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and jumpers connections with PG clamps complete all as specified.

S & F of LT spacer 4 ways made out of PVC material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement Stay assembly complete with GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1800 mm long, MS plate 230x230x6 mm, stay bow, loop insulator, PCC 1:3:6, connecting bracket of suitable MS flat and nut bolt washers etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-1 including taking out old stay assembly. Note: Earth work and PCC for stay assembly shall be included in overall rate quoted.

Supply and fixing of gang operated air break switch Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on composite/polymer insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps for 11000 volts

M & L for LT UG cable 3.5 core x 95 sq mm 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including,cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (a) Excavation earth work, sand cushioning ,PCC cable protection cover and GI protection pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule (b) Rate quoted deemed to include for cutting and removing of defective joints where required as directed.

Note - (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and earthing strip upto test point from top of the earth plate and further upto body of electrical equipment shall be including in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

S & F in replacement of High power LED Street light fitting 35 watt 5700 k, IP>66 , IK>07,min 100 lumen/watt, grey powder coated die cast aluminium hosing with toughened glass cover , inbuilt energy efficent surge protected electronic driver(surge protector min 4KV) , with all connected accessories all as specified and directed . Make: Havells / Crompton / philips or equivalent.

S & F PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core cut to pieces all as Specified and directed by Engr -in -charge. Make: Havells/Polycab/Grendlay or equivalent.

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs. 19621.00 Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made offline while awarding of contract.
