Demolishing RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement four coarse sand eight graded stone aggregate) using 40mm hard granite broken stone including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4(1 cement :2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of reinforced cement concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, and binding using thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) bars with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Brick work with machine moulded perforated FPS bricks equvalent to fire bricks of class designation125 condirming to IS:2222-1991 in superstructure above plinth level uoto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Solid concrete block (60kg/cm2) masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 using concrete brick of size 40x20x12cm including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame extruded section profile size 42mmx50mmx2mm or nearest size, corners of the door frame jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws , joints mitered and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frame reinforced by galvanized MS tube of 19mmx19mm and 1mm or nearest size and 3 Nos stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per the manufactures specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of762mm x25mm x1mm or nearest size as per requirement, PVC form end cap of size 23x10mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25mm. An MS tube having dimensions 19mmx19mm is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with high density polyurethane foam. The top and bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end cap of size 25mmx11mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufactures specification and direction of engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Kota stone slab flooring 25mm or nearest thick over 20mm (average) thick laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 etc. complete.

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved make in coloures, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and pointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigments of matching shade etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 18mm or nearest thick mirror polished granite slab for Display board/table top moulding and polishing to edges, to give high gloss finish etc. complete (As per the design approved by the Engineer-in-charge, granite of any color and shade)

Providing and fixing white vitreous china Orissa pattern WC pan of size 580mmx440mm with integral type foot rest and S or P trap, 10 liter low level white PVC flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) confirming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever necessary including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 110mm (4") PVC pipe (4kg/cm2) and all specials best approved quality including jointing of pipes and fittings with necessary solvent cement trenching, refilling and testing of joints etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge

Providing and fixing 110mm steel gratings (door type) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 20mm (¾") niminal dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings, with one step CPVCsolvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the wall etc.

Providing and laying antiskid vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
