Earth work in hill road "Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all type of soil and rock with E&B and BIB as met at site true to line as per L-Section, camber/Super elevation as required also including uprooting and cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slope with all lead ,lifts and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping place and forest land including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by engineer-in-charge including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

GSB WBM (G2,G3)

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.(Using naturally occuring gravel)

Tack Coat Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributer at rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic Broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

20 mm thick open graded premix carpet using bitumen emulsion as Technical Specification Clause 508.2

PROTECTION WORK

Stone masonary in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 702, 704, 1202 and 1204. (In cement mortar 1:5)

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid Dry, in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction.

HP stone filling in back of walls including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301

Cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

"Metal Beam Crash Barrier 5-1-1 Type - A, ""W"" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a ""W"" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 ( if Concrete Required for Vertical post Fixing will be paid extra)"

"Road Delineators / Vertical Guide Posts: Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 sqcm, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification with pure polyester powder coating with the minimum thickness of powder coating of not less than 40 micron. The posts shall have ellipsoidal or circular design with the height of the pole shall be 800 to 900 mm above the ground with about 200 to 300 anchored with PCC M-15 onto the ground. The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20o and 30 o, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. The delineator shall have sufficient arrangement to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. Including all test report and warranties as per IRC 67 and IRC 79. "

Construction of Hill side kaccha drain in accordance with the requirement of specification true to line and grades. Dimensions and other particulars as per drawing including all material labour T&P. etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound of ISI Mark Approved Quality of 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2
