Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular "pits not exceeding Vi meter (20") in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 Cm. (8") layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m. (5 ft) lift and 30 m. (100') lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. (100') distance as directed by the E/I. SI No-251

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as perTechincal Specification clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (45-63 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density . WBM Grading-II as per Technical Spcification clause 405.

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with smooth wheeI roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Grading-III as per Technical Spcification clause 405.

Brick Edging on both sides of roads of straight over burnt brick Class-150 Bricks/ 7.50 cm wide and 11.5 cm. deep laid with mud mortar finished to required template in proper alignment & including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by E/I as per S.I. No. 765.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30-0.4 kg per sqm on the prepared surfaces cleaned with hydraulic broom Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static rollar capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specefication to the specified levels using crushed stone chipping 6.7mm size and the penetration bitumen VG-10 as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtain from Borrow pits with all lift and lead, transporting to site ,spreding grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table-300-2

Cement Concrete with 4 cm, gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 in fondation including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work As per S.I. No. 280.

Providing and laying 350 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe jointing with coller in proper position with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of cement, jute etc. required for proper completion of the work.

1st class brick work in 4:1 fine sand and cement of 1.25 fineness modulus mortor in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As per S.I. No. 305.

Struck cement pointing with cement mortor consisting of 1:2 one part cement and two part of sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all material, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As per S.I. No. 574.
