Labour only for lifting /taking up of defective submersible pumping set of capacity 60 HP to 100 HP from deep tube well and dismantling of connected rising main i.e. non return valve, bend etc from delivery of pump set, lifting of column pipe of size 150 mm dia fixed with pumping set, unscrewing of column pipes from socket / flange cutting of welded strip unscrewing of cable holding clamps and disconnecting of submersible cable joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Labour only for lowering of submersible pumping set of capacity 60 HP to 100 HP after repair and testing in deep tube well not less than 90 mtr below the ground level including lowering of column pipe size 150 mm dia by screwing with socket/flange welding or fixing MS strips, fixing of cable clamps etc up to the maximum depth of 150 mtr all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: (i) Jointing material will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Repair of column pipe will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Contractor shall caution his staff during execution to take maximum precaution while lifting/lowering the pump set at site. In case any accident/injuries occurs the department will not held responsible for any miss happening due to negligence on their (workers) parts. Contractor shall be held totally responsible and all penalty /damages on this account shall be born by the contractor. (iv Old material retrieved during lowering /lifting the contractor shall deposit to MES store yard without any extra cost.

M&L for repair to column pipe 150 mm dia having wall thickness 5 mm and 3 mtr long including transportation to workshop, cutting , threading , fabricating welding of same along with S&F MS flange of 8 mm thick having 150 mm bore dia and 8 Nos hole of 5/8” dia for fixing of nut and bolts on the both ends of the column pipe and welding the same to the pipe by means of MS strips of size 25 x 6 mm on four side of the flanges all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge including transportation from workshop to site and stacking at site after repair complete all as specified and directed Note: In case any damage or loss of any pipe is noticed during transportation or in custody of the contractor the necessary recovery shall be effected from contractor’s due to on this account.

M&L for taking out alternator of following capacity of DG set of capacity 30 to 63 KVA by dismantling from engine pulley including disconnecting electrical connection complete & transporting to workshop. Opening the rotor and stator for rewinding with copper wire of existing guage and then revarnishing the stator & rotor with good quality varnish, Heating and baking complete upto requisite duration. Check bearing & shaft for machining if reqd. Re-assemble stator & rotor by replacing existing bearings with new bearings complete. Retransportation alternator to base and coupled with engine by using new rubber bushing spider, nutbolts complete. Testing the system for smooth functioning & checking current and load output by giving existing electrical load and to the entire satisfaction of engr in charge.

All as per item No. 154 here in before but 110 to 125 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Overhauling of DG set 30 to 63 KVA by Dismantling of DG set of following capacity and make from foundation & transporting of Engine and alternator to work shop for complete servicing & repair.Dismantling the engine complete by taking out radiator,pump assembly,casing top cover,head assembly,piston ,filters,hose pipes,fuel pipe,fuel pump assembly ,exhaust etc for complete repairing/servicing of engine and repair/repalacement of unserviceable/wornout parts,complete oiling,greasing ,and servicing of all the parts of DG set and reassembling complete and testing engine for proper functioning,transportation of DG set to site and fixing, connecting, commissioning and testing on load complete all as directed of following:- (Note : (i) Supply only of new items required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BoQ (ii) Rate quoted by contractor includes the cost of small parts such as O rings, washers,nuts,bolts, gasket etc and repair such as oil cooler servicing,connecting rod grinding,etc as directed by Engr-in- Charge. )

Labour for repairing of head including, grinding, polishing,facing of DG set of capacity 40 to 200 KVA complete all as directed
