Air Handling Unit (Floor Mounted) - Exposed Type FLOOR MOUNTED AIR HANDLING UNITS Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of factory fabricated Outdoor Type Double Skinned air-handling unit horizontal type with fabricated out of extruded aluminium (1.6 mm thickness min.)section with Thermal break profile at corners and at joints for double skin air handling units along with internal covings with mixing chamber with 0.63mm thick pre-plasticide galvanised sheet outside & 0.63mm thick polished Stainless Steel sheet inside with Backward curved direct driven plug type in supply & exhaust side with fan section with fan motor with IE2 rating & suitable for 415+10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz , 6 RD cooling coil with coil section , prefilter (EU-4) section with non woven synthetic washable media of 10µ (micron) particle size with an efficiency of 90% before cooling coil The polished stainless steel drain pan of 1.25 mm thick duly insulated with 13 mm thick nitrile rubber under cooling coil shall be provided. Motor & belt drive package/ direct driven arrangement, belt guard etc for belt driven blower without face and bypass dampers. The AHU shall be insulated with 48+2 mm thick injected fire retardent PUF of density 40+2 Kg/m³ . The motor & fan assembly shall be mounted on aluminium extruded section .Marine light with limit switch shall be provided . The complete AHU shall conform to standard spec.The face velocity across cooling , filters should not exceed 500 FPM. AHU Kit to be included for installation The capacities of airhandling shall be as follows AHU capacity 16000 CFM / 65 mm St. pressure (40 TR capacity) with 6 row deep Copper cooling coils. SUB HEAD 'B'- PLUMBING Piping rates are deemed to include any special tappings or sockets required by other agencies or for commissioning, filling, testing the system. Such items will be measured along centreline, with the pipe. Chilled water line Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing & commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water plumbing M.S Heavy "C" Class ERW conforming to IS:1239 / 3589 complete with fittings like elbows,tees, reducers, bends, MS flanges, supports, welding, painting etc.but excluding valves,strainers,guages etc inside / outside the building along the wall / ceiling & duly insulated with Nitril Rubber with Factory laminated with Chemically treated 7MIL Glass cloth for as per given below pipe size. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm x 1 mm thick self adhesive tape at the joints etc. & complete as per specifications. Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of following PN-10 valves, stainers gauges in the chilled/hot water piping duly insulated to the same specifications as the connecting piping with compainion flanges and adequately supported as per specification and drawings . The chilled water circuit with all fittings and insulation shall be as per the drawings and specifications. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Butterfly valves complete with companion flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. as specified. Butterfly valves with cast iron body, seat of black nitrile rubber (tight shut-off), nylon coated S.G. iron disc, PTFE coated SS (AISI 410) shaft, complete with companion flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. as required. These valves shall conform to BS: 5155, MSS SP 67 & API 609 and shall be designed to fit without gaskets between mating flanges.
