Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000 M complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radious built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced)of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provied and removal and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in Plinth protection, platform and floor surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & Mass concrete , sub base.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span , cills steps seismic and other similar bands, copings, hold fast and the like incluing weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating asdirected with and icluding necessary form work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of ( reinforced cement concrete) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitiate demolition) of any description and in any positionnot otherwise specifically provided for and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC(1:2:4) type B-1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams, and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spi-rally for hooping for col-umns, hooking ends and binding with and in-cluding mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys , scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for seprately as "supply only" under respective item of sch A/ BOQ.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thk (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in roof padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for Screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on roof mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction (WPC shall be measure and paid separaterly) etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for A coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum weight 3.60 kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) manufactured by authorised manufacturer specified in particular spicification, laid as per the manufacturer instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm finally finished with bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete including taking down existing roof treatment from RCC slab, cleaning off all foreign material by wire brushing, cleaning off surface and removal of spoil to a distance .exc 500m complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The work shall be executed through authorised applicator approved by GE.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 1 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on newly prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etcand applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of new plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling, plastered on un plastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, removing all vegetation growth and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on old white washed surfaces ofceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface wall / ceiling by brooming down loose partical, removing of smoke soot, moulds and unwanted vegetation from wall, facia, parapet etc applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removel of existing plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 1 mm thick as per manufacturer's instruction on newly prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying Two coat of weather proof exterior paint silicon based over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old iron or steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti termite treatment along external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 liters per liner meter including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting down removing vegitation plant digging out penetrated roots with tronices looping branches not exc. 10cm girth PROTRUDING over wall roofs by necessary cutting hole in brick / concrete wall/ surfaces and injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATW 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by makimg cut/ injection in the stem of plant 30mm C/C spraying with solution (25ml Glyphospoto 41% diluted with one litre water) and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and to match the existing work and finishes and removing of debris out side premises/ defence land including necessary scaffolding etc wk will be carried out upto 8th storey height bldgs complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting down removing vegitation plant digging out penetrated roots with tronices looping branches not exc. 10cm girth PROTRUDING over wall roofs by necessary cutting hole in brick / concrete wall/ surfaces and injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATW 41% SL 20 ml or till refusal by makimg cut/ injection in the stem of plant 30mm C/C spraying with solution (25ml Glyphospoto 41% diluted with one litre water) and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and to match the existing work and finishes and removing of debris out side premises/ defence land including necessary scaffolding etc wk will be carried out upto 4th storey height bldgs complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 250 liter and not exc. 500 liter and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 25mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.
