Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5.0 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5.0 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Walls, Retaining Walls, Basement Walls, Ballast Walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams, columns, landings, shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Two coats of the latex power SBR based multipurpose polymer for water proofing and repair in composition of one part of latex SBR, four parts of Water and eight parts of Cement on walls and base slab of the RCC water tank including necessary preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The water proofing treatment works shall be carriedout by the contractor through Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only.

Use and removal of steel formwork [Plain ] to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter for ROUGH finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

Use and removal of steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [horizontal or sloping] including rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for rendering to concrete surfaces, 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F CPVC Pipes 20 mm outer diameter & Plain CPVC SDR 11 Fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors including testing, including taking down of existing unserviceable GI pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F CPVC Pipes 25 mm outer diameter SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 Fittings such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union, sockets etc fixed to walls, ceiling or laid on floors including testing including taking down of existing unserviceable GI pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Gun Metal Globe or Gate Valve of Class - I, Pressure Tested of 1.5 MPa, 20 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, conforming to IS, ISI Marked complete all specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Ball Valves 20 mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight-210gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing plants/ herbs grown on duct / wall portion & SWR pipes joint area for multistoried building at any storeyed cleaning with steel wire brush and rubbish and down all dirt , mud and shabby material from the SWR pipe joints , duct and wall portion complete and applied neat cement slurry / cement mortar on the leakages of SWR pipe joints / vertical stacks and applying two coats of weather proof paint with necessary safety measures i.e scaffoldings / hanging platform up to 09 (nine) floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment with one coat of Brush Bond RFX of M/s FOSROC of equivalent approved manufacturer on concrete / plastered surfaces including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

S & F Rotational Moulded Polythene [HDPE] Water Tanks, Triple Layered, ISI Marked, Cylindrical & Vertical Type 500 Litres Capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 40mm/25mm dia spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to concrete roof surfaces, 10mm thick in CM 1:3, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 1 to 20 : (i) The work shall be carried out up to G+9 Storey and the rates quoted are deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) During execution of work the contractor shall provide temporary arrangement of water supply connections to the accommodation, where repairs to tanks are being carried out , by providing minimum 04 Nos of suitable capacity PVC tanks including necessary temporary connections in order to ensure continuous water supply to the quarters till replacement of such tanks and water supply is restored. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of this provision and nothing will be paid extra to the contractor by the Dept on this account.
