Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of Soil such as pick work jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock,chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring strutting, timbering and dewarting where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Random Rubble Masonary/polygonal masonary (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation & plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (1cement ; 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate) in CM 1:6 (1 cememt : 6 sand) with in all leads and lifts.

Boulder Filling under floor with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work of steel plate 3.15mm thick planking so as to give a rough finish including shuttering, centring, shuttering and propping hight of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in lintels, beams etc. including all leads and lifts in :-

Beams, cantilivers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilivers girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

Slopping of battering surfaces including folded plates where inclination to horizontal plane dose not exceed 30⁰.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,leadings the likr floors etc. 200 mm in thickness.

Edge of slab and breaks in floors & walls under 20 cm wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 (1 cement : 1½ sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and centilivers upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all respect complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) 2nd class Bricks with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing wood work in frames of door and window and clerestory windows complete in all respect 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or pannels and glazed shuuters for doors, windows and celestory windows, including black enamelled iron butt hings with necessary screws 40 mm thick 2nd class Deodar wood with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing M.S. grils of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc. with M.S. flats square or round bars with round headedbolts and nuts by screws plan grils with in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one Layer finished black with a floating coat of neat cement 40 mm thick with in all leads and lifts.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 sand) with in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) complete with in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flushing pointing on brick work with cement mortor 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 sand) with in all leads and lifts.

White washing with lime on un-decorated wall surfaces (with two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughty brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortor dirt and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts.

Applying a coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink with in all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enameled paint to give even shade including cleaning the surface of dust and other foreign matter, sand preparing and stopping with enamel paint other than white with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 300x16 mm mild steel sliding door, bolts with in all leads and lifts.

Proving and fixing anodised M.S. Tower bolts (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Oxidized M.S. handle with necessary screws etc. complete with in all leads and lifts. 125 mm

Providing Plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) well remmed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preperation of ground with in all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortor 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) with in all leads and lifts.
