Renovation of DACT damaged mastic flooring by PU flooring

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile / stone work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead:For tiles / stones of any thickness

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge : Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and cleaning all floor surface to make it free from dirt, dust, loose particles, wax, polish, efflorescence, laitance, curing compound and other contaminants. Mechanical surface profiling to be provided by grit or shot blasting/ Scarification, Creating network of grooves 6mm X 6mm size & 2 X 2 Sqm grids in the coating area along with periphery, complete as per manufacturer's specification. Providing and filling the potholes using epoxy primer and quartz silica sand, rapid setting and rapid hardening Epoxy trowel applied mortar, finishing the surface flush with the surface, allowing it to dry complete, etc. and complete as per manufacturer's specification. Providing and filling the cracks by using Epoxy Primer+ sp. fine filler/sand @ 1:2 mix. Epoxy Putty, making groove in the form of "V" shape, cleaning the groove, filling the grooves with mixed Epoxy Putty , sand seeding the wet surface of Epoxy Putty and allowing it to dry completely, cleaning the loose sand by brooming, etc. and completely as per manufacturer's specification. Supplying and applying two component solvent based epoxy primer in the ratio 65(Base) : 35(Hardener) of approved make over the treated floor by brush or roller @0.250kg/sqm in two coats. Approved Make primer once applied should have a bond strength not less than 2.5MPa confirming to ASTM D 4541. Supplying and applying low odour, interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) technology polyurethane flooring with sheen finish with moisture tolerant upto 15% as per satisfaction of E-I-C. Note:- The work shall be executed through the authorised applicator of the approved Manufacturer.
