Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Form work to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges flat for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate), as in levellig course, Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapt wall all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
