Consultancy for Design & drawing (Architectural & Structural drawings) including proof check from IIT and Construction of Amenity Hall with minimum 09 mtr height of walls & thatched roofing complete in all respect as per approved drawing and as specified in particular specifications including RCC framed structure, with additional effect of Sesmic Zone V , internal & external water supply system, sanitary/ plumbing works, electrifications with copper cable wiring, sewage disposal, ceiling of roof having provision of lighting, mosquito proofing, oil bound distemper complete hall with well finished cement concrete flooring with CC 1:1.5:3, area drainage, painting and complete in all respect including following (Conceptual plan/drawing attached at tender P No 229) : - (a) 01 No Badminton Court with pole & net system with 6.5 mm thick synthetic sport flooring extended upto 30 cm beyond all along boundary of badminton court over CC flooring for badminton court. (b) Foyer (c) Toilets with Western type WC, urinal pot, washbasin with mirror, s/steel towel rail, good quality soap stand etc. wall and floor tiling. (d) lightings with fluoresent Tube Light/LED, fans and provision for installation of four nos Air Conditioners
