Disconnecting existing tanks,not exc 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning, etc & hositing if required reconnecting & refixing in position and incl Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc: from the tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water and removing to store capacity 500 litres and S&F 500 litres rotational mouded polyethylene three layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part- incl 15mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete all screwed for iron pipe/PPR pipe or brass ferrule and fixed.Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water and removing to store capacity 1000 litres and S&F 1000 litres rotational mouded polyethylene three layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SR Part-I incl 20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe/PPR pipe or brass ferrule and fixed.Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore of pipe steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store and S&F 15 mm dia Gl tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore of pipe steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store and S &F 20 mm dia Gl tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves ISI marked, 15 mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves ISI marked, 20mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves 15mmm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe & fixed. (minimum weight -142 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe & fixed. (minimum weight-210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Lagging 15 mm dia pipes used in internal water supply or plumbing all round witt 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed SNAPON pipe sections of density 144 kg/cum conforming to IS 9842.

S&F in repairs CP Bib taps 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy with crtuch or butterfly handle,screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule fancy type.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CP Pillar taps fancy type 15 mm bore,cast copper alloy, with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot or Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Stop valves/Angle valve 15 mm bore fancy type, CP with long shank & cup (conncelaed type), cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Brass CP wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed in repairs.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers & waste; including bedding in CM to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets connecting union to & pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin, white/coloured, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste chain & plug & porcelain stopper but including brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern & flush pipe).Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan, Orrisa' pattern, size 580 x440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe)

S&F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litr capacity, low level, white, with intel, ball valve, float & handle including brackets.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm

S&F in repair sink mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed. Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 125mm size brass chromium plated shower rose with or without swivel joints any size including fixing to steel pipe or union.Complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Cast iron Nahani trap 100mm dia, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4).Complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 78,300.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
