Repairing & Rewinding of following capacity 3 Phase mono submersible pump motor with PVC insulated copper wire, complete with repairing of pump, replacement of seal, bush, bearing , thurest bearing, thurest plate,distance bush, rotor sleeve turning complete with dismantling of defective parts, assembling the pump with motor, carriage from site to work-shop and back etc as required.

Repairing & Rewinding of Following H.P 2800 RPM/1400/2900 RPM, three Phase mono block motor/Split casing pump set with suitable copper conductor wire including replacement of defective parts, ball bearing, gland, gland bush, rusted nut bolts, repairing of rotor shaft, testing etc as required with dismantling of defective parts, assembling the pump with motor, carriage from site to work-shop and back etc as required.

Repairing & rewinding of 3 phase submersible pump motor (5 HP cora C/23C) including turning/grinding of motor shaft, replacement of bush, bearing, pump shaft, EP impellers seal complete with, dismantling of defective parts, reassembling the pump with motor, carriage from site to work-shop and back, testing, complete as required.

Rewinding of ceiling fan and exhaust fans of following sizes, sweep including greasing, oiling, carriage from site to work-shop and back, testing, etc as required of different make as required.

Lowering and Lifting of 5/7.5 HP sumersible pump set upto the depth between 250 ft. -300 ft. in the existing borewell i/c providing & fixing gasket, Nut & bolt at every 10 ft. lenght of existing old 50 mm dia GI flange, connection,interconnection etc as required.

P/F of following rating 3 pole power contrcator in the existing star/delta starter of the pump i/c connection , interconnection etc complete as required.

P/F of 415V Single Phase Preventer Relay in the existing star/delta starter of the pump/motor i/c connection , interconnection etc complete as required.

Supply & laying of 3 core 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper flat submersible cable form starter to submersible pump with connection, interconnetion complete as required.

Making control wiring of star-delta starter incuding connection, interconnection, testing & commissining etc. complete as required.

S/I/T/C of Horizontal split casing pump of Kirloskar make or equivalent make from list of approved make having the following spectification:- 1) Pump type-DSM 65/32A. 2) RPM-1450. 3) With optimum efficiency at Head-65 Mtr & Discharge 79.20 M3/Hours to be coupled with existing 20 HP motor including dismatling/disconnection of old pump from the existing motor and connection of new pump with the Existing motor etc with providing/fixing of nut. bolts gaskets,coupling etc. complete as required.

Repairing & Rewinding of 1.5 KW/2 H.P, 3 Phase Sewage submersible pump motor with PVC insulated copper wire, complete with repairing of pump, replacement of Mechanical seal, O ring set, bearing, cable lead gremmet complete with dismantling of defective parts, assembling the pump with motor, carriage from site to work-shop and back etc as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
