SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Excavation in post holes not exiting 0.5 cum, getting out returing, filling in and ramming earth and broken hard core/rubble mixed with earth with around the layers not exiding 25 cm each layers watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 cm making good complete in soil loose soil.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded machine crushed stone aggregate as in foundation.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses incl special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240

M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred iron doors , ladders , framed balusters , walks , railings , framework of water tanks , wind ties and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plates( Plain or chequered ) channels , square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes , without any attachment of Fe-290 (Gde-165) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth on 01 coat of primer (Red oxide Zinc chrome) incl preparation of new surfaces complete.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavating over areas nexc 1.50 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

M&L hard core of broken stone or boulders of guage not exc 63mm but n exc 40mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graged aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graged aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations incl watering and consolidation complete al as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as speicified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface and three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in landings cover slabs, (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming necessary joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight of grade 'A' complete with and including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.
