Supply and fixing factory moulded Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) laminated Door Frames with glossy finish and approved colour, 90 mm x 45 mm size, Box type with single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness, made out of 2mm thick FRP laminates covered on all sides and duly filled with suitable wooden blocks complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed. M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring using 20 to 25mm thick slabs, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Kota Stone Slabs of 20 to 25 mm thick as in Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars etc. with machine cut edges, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with Grey Cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of Slabs, rubbing and grinding with mechanical equipment fitted with suitable grit size corborundum stones and polishing with Oxalic Acid to smooth, bright mirror finish over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire height of skirting / dado / risers and joints shall match with the flooring.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc., and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

M & L for providing Precast Cement Concrete Louvers and Jallies, Type, B0, 1:2:4, using 12.5mm Graded Aggregate, 50mm thick [measured solid], including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing two components acrylic polymer modified cementitious elastomeric water proof coating, minimum 1.5 mm thickness [DFT], with nominal coverage of 2.2 Kg/Sqm including thorough preparation of surfaces by mechanical means to obtain a plain and level surface including sprinkling of clean and washed sand on final coat when wet all as per manufacturuer's instructions, as specified and as directed. Notes: [a] The coating shall have minimum 1 N/mm2 tensile strength, elongation of a min 80% when tested as per ASTM D 412, resisting 5 bar hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048 and having crack bridging ability of upto 2 mm. [b] The coating shall cover all the wet areas of floor and the vertical walls for a height of minimum 4 feet above the floor. [b] The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the following: [i] Filling of all cracks and crevices with approved epoxy based mortar and made good to receive waterproofing coating treatment. [ii] Providing additional coat reinforced with a fibre band sandwiched between 1st and 2nd coat along the periphery of the toilet floors, around protrusions and around pipes.

Taking down Electric Meter of any description from its position and refixing the same with after repairs to buildings, at same place or at new place including connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on all surfaces of old MS box of size 600x500x200mm, scraping, removing rust and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 1 to 156 : The work shall be carried out up to G+6 Storey and the rates quoted are deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
