Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comparing any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, mooram of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of coglomerates, all types of laterite rocks, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/ shuttered rock, decomposed or weathered rock and such other materials in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering incl. setting out construction of shoring strutting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom, providing barricading, danger lighting guarding and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas within all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge with 50 mts. lead and all lifts etc as specified and directed etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in well steining excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1: 11/2 : 3 (1 cement: 11/2 coarse sand: 3 graded grantic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soild as directed within a lead of 50m All kinds of soil.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level.

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a coat of neat cement. 50mm thick

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80 x 1.25 mm M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of 1.25mm thick for folling shutterstop cover and spring.

Providing asbestos cement sheets, roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI plane and bitument washer complete. Excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses.b) corrugated sheets 6mm thick

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture in steel work.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat with ordinary ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufactured in all shade except white or green on new work to give an even shade.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying monoblock centrifual pump set/submersiable pumpset of 5.00 H.P. at 4125 V+8% 50 Hz capable of delivering 5.20 lps at total dynamic head of 35mts and confirming to ISO-9001 specification of make like Kirloskar/Calma/Wasp or equivalent with delvery outlet of 50mm dia including necessary accessoiries and 2.5sqmm submersible cable (15mts) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing control panel of 25mm x 25mm x 6mm, MS angle frame work of height 60cm width 1.2m fixed with 12mm (1/2") thick plywood and plan asbestos cement sheet 6mm (1/4") thick with necessary MS bolts or screws and brackets fittings of make L&T/ Siemens/ Kirloskar/Crompton & Greaves or equivalent including connecting the electrical fixtures internally by means of PVC sheathed copper wire of 7/22 size complete.

Supplying at site and fixing flexible green PVC pipes 65mm dia for suction side with GI fittings such as clamps, adopter etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying at site and fixing of unplasticised PVC pipes 63mm dia. For delivery side with fittings etc. complete including trenching and refilling as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, pipes of class 6kg/cm2

Supplying at store or site of work including railway freight, carting, loading, unloading, stacking etc. C.I. Sluice valve conforming to IS : 14846-2000 and bearing ISI mark double flanged with cap. TYPE P.N. 1.0 (ClassB) a)50mm nomonal diameter

Supplying CI footvavle with metal valve and seat full bore type, having total area through strainer perforations three times that of pipe size suitable for working pressure of 2kg/sq.cm as per ISI:4038 (lift type) (Class B)
