Equalization tank with platform, RCC staircase with handrails, C.I rungs, CI pipe inserts, Plinth protection etc complete.-Balance work such as providing and fixing handrail of approved size by using M.S. tube 40 mm nominal bore,approximate length of 75 m by welding including necessary fittings for fixing rail, applying priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete.

Aeration tank with platforms for aerators, walkways with handrails, RCC straicase with handrails, CI rungs, CI pipe inserts, Plinth protection etc complete. - Balance work such as providing and fixing handrail of approved size by using M.S. tube 40 mm nominal bore ,approximate length of 45 m by welding including necessary fittings for fixing rail, applying priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete.

Secondary Clarifier with fixing structure for mechanism, access ladder and handrail, CI pipe inserts, M.S plate inserts, plinth protection etc complete- All other balance works complete.

Sludge sump with access ladder and handrail, CI pipe inserts,M.S plate inserts, plinth protection etc complete. - All other balance works complete.

Sludge drying beds with filter media, feed channel, drain, high and low level chambers etc complete. -All other balance works complete.

Dewatered sludge sump with access ladder and handrail, CI pipe Inserts, MS plate inserts, plinth protection etc complete. All other balance works complete.

MCC Room including trenches for cable, GI pipe sleeves, plinth protection etc complete- Balance works such as 100 mm thick aerated cement block masonry work, 15mm Cement Plastering (1:4), flooring with vitrified floor tiles of size 500 x 500mm conforming to IS:15622 of approved make , distempering with oil bound washable distemper, providing and fixing rolling shutter made of MS lathe adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 ,providing and fixing windows made by second class Teak Wood ,providing and fixing two track aluminium glazed sliding windows (frame bottom track 61.85mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5 [email protected] kg/m top track @0.784kg/m shutter section top and bottom 40 x 27 x 18 mm @0.417kg/m with necessary accessories), painting etc complete.

Security Room with all necessary structures - Balance works such as, Utility Room, Office Room and Laboratory Room, including Brick work by using Modular brick, 18 mm Cement Plastering (1:6),Reinforced concrete work including centering & shuttering, Steel work for Hand rails & ladder, PVC pipe(110mm dia) work for rainwater, Weathering course for roof slab , flooring with vitrified floor tiles of size 500 x 500mm conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, Distempering with oil bound washable distemper, Providing and fixing windows made with second class Teak Wood,Providing and fixing two track aluminium glazed sliding windows, painting etc complete.

Toilet Room with Water Closet, Urinals, overhead storage tank, plinth protection, etc complete - Balance works such as flooring with Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300mm conforming to IS:15622 of approved make and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make upto full height of wall, painting etc complete.

Terminal pumping station with all supporting structure and provisions complete - all other balance work complete.

Foundation pads for pumps, Blowers MCC,etc complete - all other balance work complete.

Design , Supply , Erection , Testing and Commissioning of Capacitor of required KVAR. All balance work complete.

Design , Supply ,Testing, Erection and Commissioning of earthing system with G.I wires, GI strips for LT panels and motors, as required as per specification, including 2 nos earth pits ( G.I plate) for MCC panel, and one earth station will be provided near every pumping station. Laboratory Items

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of laboratory equipment such as pH meter, Turbidity meter, BOD analyzer, COD analyzer, Vacuum pump, Glass ware, Hot air oven, Electric balance(Digital) & Any other item if necessary complete.

Opearation and maintenance Operation and maintenance of the entire treatment plant for a period of three year by deputing required manpower as indicated in the scope of service including flow monitoring, analysis of raw and treated waste water and other operating parameters, maintaining and displaying the records through log books, colour charts including monitoring & laboratory analysis etc complete. Required manpower as Engineers,Operators,Laboratory Analyst and other supporting staff has to be provided by the contractor.Power and water required for the operatyion shall be provided by the client.However contractor has to install necessary meters for recording the consumption.Other Consumable items viz.lubricating oil,Grease,Chemicals, etc has to be procured by the contractor.After completion of O&M period the contractor should handover the ETP as new condition to the owner.
