Special repairs/replacement of unserviceable UPVC/GI pipe line for bldg Nos PAO-I to VI, C-1 to C-III and WL-8 to 10, WL-34 to 36, WL-40 and connected works at DSC Centre Kannur under AGE (I) Cannanore.

Amount

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying water pipe and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil obtained from excavation all as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level 1.5m above starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete filiing, coping etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve 80mm bore, flanged type, heavy duty, class PN 1.6, conf to IS 14846 hand wheel operated, short body with high tensile brass spindle and iron wheel, fixed complete with rubber gasket joints including nuts & bolts, washers complete etc including taking out old unserveceable sluice valve all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron body non return valve 80mm bore flanged type, heavy duty class PN 1.6 short body complete with rubber gasket joints including nuts & bolts, washers complete including taking out old unserveceable sluice valve all as specified and directed.

S&F air release valve DI body tampered proof with double air outlets of size 80mm bore fixing up in water mains of size 80mm bore flanged type, PN 1.0 to 2.5 with body cover DI grade GGG 40 conf to IS-1865 heavy duty complete with rubber gasket joints including nuts & bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old unserviceable DI water tubing and connections from the trenches/floor of 80mm bore and removing to store all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing ductile iron pipes 80mm bore with spigot and socket ends class 'K-7", in any length, jointing with rubber ring joints laid in trenches all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of rubber ring joints shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for DI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, inceasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces, single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross collars (all socket or socket and spigot), caps and plugs suitable for 80mm bore DI pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing high pressure UPVC, SCH 40, 80mm bore threaded, of pressure rating 10Kgf/cm2 including UPVC fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, reducers, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs, etc; laid in trenches including taking down old unserviceable pipes all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here in before but 50mm bore all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Gun metal globe or gate valve 50mm bore with iron wheel head ,screwed both ends for UPVC pipes and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valve chamber 900x900x600mm with PCC (1:4:8), type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, brick wall with sub class ‘B’ old size brick, built in cement mortar (1:4), plastering with cement mortar 10mm thick inside and outside 3mm thick MS sheet cover framed with angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick and locking arrangement, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer including necessary excavation and earth work, including demolition of existing damaged valve chambers and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valve chamber 600x600x600mm with PCC (1:4:8), type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, brick wall with sub class ‘B’ old size brick, built in cement mortar (1:4), plastering with cement mortar 10mm thick inside and outside 3mm thick MS sheet cover framed with angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick and locking arrangement, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer including necessary excavation and earth work, including demolition of existing damaged valve chambers and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
