Providing & fitting of 500mm Sq copper thimbles for lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-II of reputed make & crippled it with the help of hydullic crippling tool

Repairs to 200mm dia M.S rising main of lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora at 06 leaking spots by way of welding work at site. The job includes the charge for earth exaction manually in paddy fields to rectify the cracked portion and welding it properly with superior quality electrodes & then using M.S flat plate of 2mm thick, 50mm width of suitable length to cover circumferential & longitudinal cracked portion to make joint strong & leak proof. The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged nuts & bolts, R.I cloth of 200mm dia NRV fitted in rising main with new one for the completion of work. The job includes the hire charges on a/c of using D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, earth excavation manually, manual labours, superior quality electrodes and skilled welder for completing the repair work. The job also includes the hire charge for dragging above equipments from road side to paddy fields for completing the welding work which is the difficult portion of the job. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.
