Disconnecting existing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting ,reconnecting and refixing in position after repair works of capacity 500 liters complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable PVC storage water tank of capacity exceeding 500 liters complete all as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 litre capacity ISI marked (Cylindrical, vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including connecting outlets & inlet pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 210 grams) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles of size 300x200x6 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados over and including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1: 4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645-1975, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of external walls, fins, fascia, vertical and horizontal surface of roof projection, chajja etc; including brooming down, and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer with nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface of wall and applying two of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surface and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge/thickness in roof or wall covering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre - painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment including cement plaster and tarfelt from concrete roof/chajja and cleaning of concrete roof/chajja by picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., and M & L for rendering 15mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces of roof maintaining proper slope over existing roof surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item as supply only).

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane comprising with the following courses of treatment/ specification from bottom to top complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs/ sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) Over the priming coat 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.50Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm. Membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:-(i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done thermo fused by flame torch all as per the method of manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm shall be given at the end and sides of the membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 100 gms /sqm. Make of APP membrane:-Dr Fixit manufactured by M/S Pidilite Industries/ MOPLY FP 3MM manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited/ Hyperplus by IWL India Ltd.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, Type 'A' single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, including taking down old existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china squatting pan,”Orissa” pattern, size 580mm X 440mm, white with integral foot rests, ‘S’ trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) and provision of lime concrete bedding ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (semi-pedestal pattern, anglo-Indian type), white, including fixing bolts, plastic seat but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs angular stop cock 15 mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as directed.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed .
