M & L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each,of any type soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old, rusted, unserviceable and damaged steel tubing incl disconnecting from existing line and connection where directed including cleaning for refixing or removal to store for pipe of following bore sizes ;-

Relaying of steel water tubing in new or old position where directed incl making connections and cleaning of the pipe bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for pipe of following bore sizes :- Note: Provision of GI/DI special will be measured seprately under relevant items.

S&F steel water tubing galvanized medium grade laid in trenches/walls including all necessary fittings clamps etc complete and connecting to existing system all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge of following bore sizes.

M&L for cutting and screwing existing steel tubing for alterations or addition or for inserting tee connection etc all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge for pipe of following bore sizes.

Supply and fix in repair the following sizes GI specials to be fixed in existing / relaying GI tubing where required for making serviceable of the line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge : -

Supply & fixing in repair gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe of the following bore dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge : -

M & L for lifting of unserviceable Submersible Pump motor with impeller set of capacity 20 HP and removing burnt winding and rewinding with new copper wire of suitable size, greasing, servicing , changing bushes/flanges and bearings of suitable size and re-assembling, including re - installation of pump set in the same position alongwith all necessary work incl testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Item rate includes replacement of unserviceable/wearout/tearout parts like nuts, bolts, washer, gaskets, rubber rings alongwith necessary major unserviceable parts of the pump set.

M & L for taking up / down unserviceable pump motor of capacity 20 HP and removing burnt winding and rewinding with new copper wire of suitable size, varnishing and painting of the exterior body complete with servicing and greasing including changing bushes/flanges and bearings of suitable size,re-assembling, including re-installation of motor set in the same position alongwith all necessary work with new bolt and nuts of suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note:- Item rate includes replacement of unserviceable/wearout/tearout parts like nuts, bolts, washer, gaskets, rubber rings alongwith necessary major unserviceable parts of the motor.

M & L for Cleaning of RCC under ground water storage tank of capacity 40000 ltrs with fresh water and by using bleaching powder including scrapping with wire brush for complete removal of scales and fungus and draining out the cleaning water manually / drain valve away from the tank and pump house premises,all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge . Note: Item rate includes necessary disconnection and reconnection of pipelines before and after cleaning of the tank where required.

S& fix in repair automatic star delta starter 415 volt 3 phase suitable for 20 HP motor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 3 layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV of the following sizes stabalised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass thereaded polypropylene random fittings to be laid in trenches/walls/floors etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All connected PPR fittings viz. elbow, coupling, Tee, Reducer etc. any type/size as per existing shall be counted in RM for PPR Pipes.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of bore dia 16 to 40 mm by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair following parts for centrifugal pump set of capcity 20 HP ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 45,525.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
