M & L for installation of infrastructure for Vending system like computer PC desktop with processor i-7, 9 Generation, 8-GB RAM, hard disk 1 TB, 1-CD/DVD combo drive R/W type, 4-USB Port including 18.5", monitor of same make, video card, keyboard, cordless mouce, Make-HP/IBM/Equivalent with licensed Operating system (Window 10 Professional),latest microsoft office package as on date , including antivirus with 5 year validity , along with 1 KVA capacity UPS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation , wireless Report Printer with 12 pages per minute capacity, 600 x 600 x 2 dpi with Ret, 1200 dpi effective output quality (600 x 600 x 2 dpl with Ret, with duty cycle 3,000 single- sided pages per month for report printing complete as required. Supply, testing, laying of 6 core control cable to connect meter to Parallel Home Display Split Unit for remote access of data/ operation including two cable end connectors (RJ-11), punching complete all as required.

Taking down safely existing Electric Meters of any size, any rating, and depositing the same to E&M stores complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of worn out sub main wiring and making good existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Installation, Commissioning and implementation of vending system through server, mapping of consumers complete all as specified and comprising below. Note :- 1. The cost of vending charges for meters commissioned during progress of work shall deemd to be included in the rates of entire metering systems including running of server by employing trained skilled personnels in GE office shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM (Except on Sunday & Holidays) after completion of work. The duties shall also include :- (a) Managing Vending Station activities like coupon generation, meter recharge etc. (b) Rectifying any problem that may occur in the network and co-ordinating for smooth functioning of the system. (c) Deploying all measures for corrective actions as and when required. (d) Acting as a link between MES Users and the parent company providing the metering system. (e) Providing hands on training to the MES Personnel as and when required. (f) To provide any other associated technical support. 2. Internet connection will be provided by the department.

Supply and fix in recessed on wall, Meter Box fabricated from 1.2 mm CRCA sheet of size 250 x 250 x 150 mm Nominal for single phase meter 01 No, foamed in PU gasket, Hinged door, cable gland plate 2 mm thick provided at bottom, cam locking arrangement all as specified and directed. (To be used wherever required as per site conditios).
