Taking down of chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.50 Sqm & n.exc. 4 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down door shutter exc. 1 Sqm n.exc. 2 Sqm of any description complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates, etc size of frame 125x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates, etc size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutter for doors of second class hard wood open rebated including necessary glass, gauge ,wire mess etc (with or without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauze etc. sizes of member of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix flush shutter of 30 mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood with commercial type both side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 30 mm thick FACTORY MADE Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm Pre laminated PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail;Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F for providing factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick with particle board core (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing
