SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I :- Dismantling AC sheets/ APP sheet/ bitumen sheet/ polycarbonate sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km (Outside the military station), complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- necessary scaffolding upto 7m height for dismantling sheet include in quoted rates.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.60mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- necessary scaffolding upto 7m height include in quoted rates.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.60mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, eaves boarding and ridges, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- necessary scaffolding upto 7m height include in quoted rates.

Rolled mild steel joist channel, angle, square pipes or tee section fixed independantly without connection plate etc. conforming to grade Fe.410-0.Gde-E-250 quality A, steel work, fixed for frames as in eaves boarding etc., complete all as specified and directed.

8mm thick Polycarbonate plain sheets side lap fixed with coach screws and PVC washers in roof, wall etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Colour and design as approved by GE.

75mm long self tapping Mild steel anchor bolts (machine made) for fixing rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, square pipe or tee sections, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F for false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick Non asbestos (designer) fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process conforming IS-14862, of size 605mmx 605mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including GI snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross members) of size 25mmx 25mmx 1.50mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The GI frame work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium L section of size 25mm x25mmx 1.50mm thick angles etc. snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof roof slabs/trusses etc. by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm of size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.50mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- 4mm thick Non asbestos (designer) fibre cement building boards shall be included in quoted rates.

All as per intem No. 08 above but refixing only. Note:- Serviceable false ceiling received from item No. 02 above shall be reused.

False ceiling of 4mm thick Non asbestos (designer) fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings of stone, concrete block or slab walls where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounde or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in padding in floors, 50mm thick, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stones or brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, copings etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc., complete, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km (Outside the military station), complete all as specified and directed.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km (Outside the military station), complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick/stone masonry or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick/stone masonry or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any and Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7m etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and appling two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing treatment on roof slab, taking down cement plaster including existing tarfelt from roof of old roof surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface to remove all loose dirt etc. on roof and applying the following:- (a) M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, the surface shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: WPC shall be inclusive of quoted rates. (b) FIRST COURSE:- one coat of bitumen primer conforming [email protected] Kg/Sqm. (c) SECOND COURSE:- One coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (d) THIRD COURSE:- A layer of APP modified polymeric memberane, centre core of 100mm micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, thickness 3mm, having weight 2.25 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge.

Applying one coat of aluminium paint over newly APP membrane surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled Mild steel sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and staging for existing water tanks and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc. similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 32 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No. 30 shall be used).

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 20mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 34 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No. 31 shall be used).

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 32mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, existing water tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering, if required) for repair, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from water tanks of capacity upto 1000 ltr, from mouths of circulating pipes, hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (four layered, cylinderical vertical with closed top) of capacity 500 Litres hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut 20mm bore, nipple with check nuts and washers and making connections with existing water supply line, including taking down old tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (four layered, cylinderical vertical with closed top) of capacity 1000 Litres hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut 20mm bore, nipple with check nuts and washers and making connections with existing water supply line, including taking down old tank, complete all as specified and directed.

15mm tank Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, (Minimum weight 15mm-38gms/ 20mm - 45 gms /25mm-65gms), complete all as specified and as directed.

25mm tank Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, (Minimum weight 15mm-38gms/ 20mm - 45 gms /25mm-65gms), complete all as specified and as directed.

32mm tank Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank, complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm - 210 gms /25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms)

Taking down carefully shutter of steel window, area n.exc 1.00 sqm each from existing steel frame by cutting existing unserviceable fractional hinges (2 Nos) 40mm in size and refixing in the same opening and on same frame and making the shutter smoothly functional by providing and welding box type hinges-02 Nos, 300mm long casement MS stay with hinged joint fixed to steel sashes and two plates with studs- 01 No and MS handle 100mm (left or right)- 01 No on each leaf including two coats of synthetic enamel paint on welded portion/spot, complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Breaking or damaging glass panes/ wire mesh etc shall be made good by the contractor and no extra shall be paid for the same.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads in squares, not exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane in wooden/ steel windows, complete all as specified and directed.
