Schedule'A' Part-I: External Supply works

Re -development of existing / old bore well by air compressor (air compressor used 8- 10 hrs per bore ) with air line pipe including lifting /lowering existing any capacity of submersible pumps and motor with column pipes of 100mm bore and all related accessories etc ,complete all as specified and directed . Note : 1.Any tools & plants required to complete the job shall be include the rate of quoted . 2.Serviceable flanged column pipes 100mm bore retrieve shall be reused and rusted/unserviceable column pipes shall be replaced by new and same shall be measured and paid under Sch item No.3.00 as supply only.

Dismantling of unserviceable /worn out/ broken steel rope , supply and fixing of steel wire rope 10mm dia for guard and tied / binned with submersible motor and pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only column pipe made of galvanized iron pipe, medium grade, 100 mm bore, 3 metre long, both side galvanised 10 mm thick flange duly screwed and welded with GI column pipe and consisting one number ISI marked rubber packing, four numbers 15 mm dia 100 mm long nuts, bolts and washer complete in all respect and all as specified and directed

Dismantling of air compressor reciprocating type ,single stage ,two cylinder of working pressure of 9 kg /sqcm or 12 kg/sqcm complete with 3 HP electric driven motor ,carrying out repairs by replacing worn out /damaged spare parts ,overhauling ,providing minor parts such as bolts ,nuts & washers etc ,assembling ,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed . Note : Make of the spare parts shall be as per existing make / brand of equipment .

Supply only Piston ring set LP for air compressor reciprocating type ,single stage .two cylinder of working pressure 9 kg/sqcm or 12 kg/sqcm complete with 3 HP electric driven motor complete al as specified and directed. Note : Make of the spare parts shall be as per existing make /brand of equipment .

Rewinding motor of capacity 3 HP ,AC, 3 Phase ,415 V with super enamelled copper wire ,1100V of same gauge as existing with same number of turns including providing slot/core insulation ,heat varnishing etc and testing complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement DOL starter AC single phase ,415 V ,3 HP with relay complete all as specified and directed Make : Havells cat part no :IHPDOLJA*D or equivalent of L&T

Supply and laying of galvanised iron tubing, medium grade of 15 mm bore with all fitting, and fixed complete to walls/ ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fixing Gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connecting flat, water proof, 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated & PVC sheathed with electrolytic grade annealed, 3 core, 1100 volt grade, multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694/1990, suitable for submersible pump motors, complete all as specified and directed Make: Havells Cat No WHPNDSKG36X0 or equivalent approved make of Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel/Rallison/Plaza.

S&F in replacement water pressure gauge 10 kg x 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed Make: Kirloskar/Updhaya/Leader/L&T/Dashmesh/Capston

Supply, installing and testing cast iron Venturi conduit ISI marked suitable for 100mm bore pipe including dismantling unserviceable venturi and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed Make: RMCo/Kirloskar/Leader/L&T.
