Excavation of earth below G.L. by manually or by mechanical means for laying of sewers, man-holes, gully pits, chambers etc. in soil including extra excavation below inverts, trimming & dressing of sides, levelling & back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20 cm layers, watering & ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material upto a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches and cleaning of site properly aflter complition of work. Excavation by mechanical means shall be restricted upto 90 cm above invert levels to 90 cm above above shall be done by manually only. Ordinary soil: 0 to 1.5 m below G.L.

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : bituminous road.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Making connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of upto 25 mm nominal dia including cutting and threading of pipe, bailing out water, fixing, if required, specials and testing etc. complete, but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out (and also subsequent back fill) existing main. 15 to 20 mm G. I. pipe.

Making connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of upto 25 mm nominal dia including cutting and threading of pipe, bailing out water, fixing, if required, specials and testing etc. complete, but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out (and also subsequent back fill) existing main. 25 to 32 mm G. I. pipe.
