RequiredDairies procuring Cow Milk of not less than 20,00,000 liters per month on average, shall only be made eligible to participate in tender process

RequiredMilk procurement Audit reports for previous 3 years, shall be invariably submitted by the bidders, along with the Bid document

RequiredRandom GC-HPL Tests for Cow Ghee must be conducted at least once a month by the Dairies

RequiredFor every 3 months, 3rd party Lab report shall be obtained by the suppliers from any of the reputed NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) accredited laboratory

RequiredThe bidder shall have ISO 22000 Certification, and supporting documentary evidence shall be submitted along with the bid
