Dismantling of existing roof treatment any type including brick tiles laid flat over roof, bedded and pointed in cement mortar with and including removal of the rubish in low lying areas as directed at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 300 mm sweep heavy duty non-metallic Exhaust fan complete with and including all accessories, louvers and making electric connection with twin core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.00 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector of exhaust fan and writing MES No. with synthetic enamel paint as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making suitable size hole for fixing of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan, grouting of ragged bolts in wall for fixing of exhaust fan, frame, louvers and making good the disturbed surface as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing to walls, chases and the like 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, 6.00 Sqmm size, 3 core LT cable (heavy duty), XLPE insulated served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armored with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor cable including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 1100 volts grade heavy duty 2.50 Sqmm size two single core PVC insulated (FRLS) copper multi-stranded conductor cable as in sub main wiring, drawn into & including PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia including its all accessories & fittings, fixed concealed with and including chase cutting and making good the same as per existing specifications along with a continuous run of 1.50 Sqmm size stranded copper conductor PVC insulated (FRLS) (green colour) cable as earth wire including dismantling of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - TWO SINGLE CORE CABLES ALONG WITH EARTH WIRE AND PVC CONDUIT SHALL BE MEASURED AS ONE UNIT LENGTH.

Supply and fixing of MCB four pole, 415 volts, 40 Ampere, breaking capacity 10 KA, ‘C’ Series complete all as specified and directed. Make-Legrand or Schneider or C&S.
